On 19th October 2024, Apex citizens of Ghana paid a courtesy call on Gborbu Wulomo Shitse, the overlord of the Gadangme State, to discuss the activities of the so-called Igbo king in Ghana.
Mr. Ishmael Attuquaye Clottey, Miss. Charlotte Amakye Boakyewaa and Priscilla Danquah presented a petition to the Minister of Interior, the Minister of Trade and Industry, and the Speaker of Parliament respectively about the influx of foreigners into Ghana. Dated 25th April 2025.
On the 5th of April 2025, Apex Citizens of Ghana was inaugurated in Kumasi.
On the 28th of March 2025, a three member delegate of Apex Citizens of Ghana, Mr. Martin Obiri Gyau, Miss Charlotte Amakye Boakyewaa, and Miss Priscilla Danquah presented a petition to Togbui Fiti, the Paramount Chief of Aflao, to look into the activities of the king of the Igbos in Ghana.
On the 25th of June 2025, Mr. Gabriel Kwame Appiah and Miss Charlotte Amakye Boakyewaa, on behalf of Apex Citizens of Ghana, presented a petition to the National House of Chiefs to determine whether the king of the Igbos in Ghana has been gazetted or not.
